Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers wishing to cancel a booking must notify VARROW HOLIDAY RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED in writing by email at info@varrowholidays.com or by calling +91 95665 58234.

Cancellation charges are applicable as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Cancellation charges as per the hotel, resort, or supplier policy.
• 15-30 days before departure: Up to 50% of the total booking amount may be charged.
• Less than 15 days before departure: Up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
• No-show or failure to travel: No refund will be provided.

2. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable:

• Visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Passport-related services
• Hotel bookings marked as non-refundable
• Promotional or discounted holiday packages
• Processing, convenience, and service charges

3. Cancellation by VARROW HOLIDAYS

If VARROW HOLIDAY RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED cancels a booking due to reasons within our control, customers will be offered:

• A full refund of the amount paid, or
• An alternative travel arrangement of equal value, subject to customer approval.

VARROW HOLIDAY RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, government regulations, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

4. Booking Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, passenger names, or other booking details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers.

5. Refund Timeline

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to confirmation from the respective travel service provider.
